Who we are
Lake Smith Shores Assisted Living is a family owned business. I am Regina and I am a registered nurse with nearly 30 years of experience in hospitals and hospice care. My husband, Mike, is in charge of maintenance, grounds-keeping, safety, and day-to-day operations. Our son, Gavyn, a Med Tech and licensed CNA for over 10 years working in both hospitals and hospice care, is an integral part of our care-giving team.
We have learned to value the later stages of life as the most important. These are the months and years when we can reflect on our lives, our accomplishments, and the challenges we have had. But most of all, this is the time when we need a little assistance. We opened this facility with the clear mission to give folks dignity, respect, and exceptional care as they enter the later stages of their lives. They deserve a beautiful journey, and we want to help.
